How long does it take for home delivery?
It normally takes 2 to 5 days for a delivery depending on the product in question and the delivery address. You will receive a tracking number that helps you track your order and status.

Where is my order?
If you have received a confirmation email it will have a confirmation code with it. You can use this code and reply back to the email to get an update on the status of your order.
Please also note that once we have dispatched your order through our logistics partner, TCS, you’ll receive an order tracking number as well. This will be emailed to you and sent to your phone. You can use this number on the link below to get the exact status of your delivery

Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel or edit your order before it is dispatched to TCS. Once TCS has issued a tracking number to us, the order cannot be changed because it has been dispatched.
