What is the refund policy?
Refund is only available in case the product delivered to you is defective. In such a case you must immediately notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package from our logistics partner.

We take 48 hours after receiving back to confirm if the warranty is applicable. If approved, we will require your bank details, JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details to transfer the refund.
